How soon can I schedule an installation?
We can work around your schedule! On some occasions, same day service and late evening installation is available. Most installations are scheduled within 1-2 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards including Discover , American Express, VISA, Master Card.
Does TV wall mount installation price include wall mounting bracket?
Prices listed on Pricing page are for installation labor. Wall brackets are added to total cost if you wish us to provide you with one. click on our Wall mounting brackets page to browse through mounts selection. If you do not see a bracket listed, please call us and we can provide you with specific mount you are looking for.
Can I hide my electronics and still use my remote?
Yes, you can. We have IR repeater systems and RF universal remote controls that allow for electronics to be hidden inside furniture, cabinets, closets, attics, basements. Please call for more information.
What are your insurance and warranty policies?
Every installation we perform comes with 2 year labor warranty. We also carry $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.
Do you sell televisions or Home Theater Systems?
We do not sell TVs or Home Theater Systems. We can suggest you some manufacturers that might fit your project. Call for details.
What do I need before scheduling installation?
All you need is TV and electronics you want to connect to it. We can install cable TV wiring prior to there being cable TV service available at the time of installation. We carry all necessary mounts, wires, and accessories with us. Give us a call and we can give you a quote should you decide to purchase them from us.
What is the largest Flat Panel TV that you can install?
We can install any size Flat Panel TV that you have. We are one of very few installation companies in US that has custom designed and built electric flat panel TV elevating device that can lift TVs up to 400lbs. For TV's larger than 55 inches, please call so that we can make special installation arrangements.
Do you perform commercial and office installations?
Yes, we have a broad range of experience doing commercial installations.

How do you usually conceal wires?
Our installations are minimal wall intrusion. Depending on the structure of the wall, we can either snake wiring inside the wall behind the TV and speakers. We can also run wiring under carpeting, in the ceiling, closets, attics, crawl spaces, or tuck the wiring inside custom installed track molding. Most in-wall concealment will be finished with wall plates, bushings, or grommets.
What do you do with exposed wiring if I choose basic installation package?
Exposed wiring will be neatly organized, dressed, tied and ran behind components as cleanly as possible.
When I move, can I call you to remove the system and all the wiring from the walls?
We can remove any system that we installed or has been installed by anyone else. We are not responsible for wall patching.
Is all your work insured?
We are fully insured to handle your Flat Panel TV, Surround Sound System and Home Theater installations.
Will I ever be charged more than what I agree on when setting my installation appointment?
Most installation will fall within the scope described on our Pricing page. In the instance that the install requires additional work, you will be notified at site survey and consultation and you would have to approve any additional work before the actual installation starts.
What if I want a custom installation that is not listed on your website?
Please call or E-Mail us about your job and we can provide a detailed services list along with a price quote.
How can you keep your installation prices so low?
We are a small family-operated business with a personal touch to all of our work. We do no subcontract our installations and we do not profit from quantity jobs. Instead, we focus on each individual customer, do the best job we can, and know that they will return to us with future installation needs.
